Hi Sutter Team,

We are inundated with referrals lately. Can you please remind the referrals team when contacting patients to ask them to give us a week to contact them. It is really disruptive to a small office to have calls come over from patients before we have even had a chance to pick up the fax & create an account. We serve all of the Yolo County offices besides Sutter & other areas such as Solano & Sacramento & Yuba sometimes. Just to make sure your staff says please allow for the doctors to call you back in 5 days would make a world of difference.
